As an associate at Ikard Golden Jones, Katherine C. Akinc handles a broad range of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. Her practice focuses on drafting wills and trusts as well as working with clients to determine the best means to accomplish both personal and tax-efficient planning through the implementation of various wealth transfer and management strategies, including inter vivos gifting, charitable planning, and business succession planning. Mrs. Akinc also represents clients in probate and estate administration matters as well as in the preparation and filing of federal estate and gift tax returns.

Mrs. Akinc received a B.A. in History from Rice University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.  She is also board certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
